Happy birthday to you in March!
Runner held a warm birthday party in March in March. In the birthday party,
there were activities such as making games, cutting cakes, and making wishes, which made employees feel full of birthday rituals.
It fully reflects Runner’s humanized management and cordial care for employees,
and increases employees’ sense of identity and sense of belonging to Runner.
Runner has held a mini party this month to celebrate those in birthdays.
There were games, lotteries, quick wishes and most importantly the cake.
This is part of our corporate culture (party) development program to encourage cross function communications and engagement.
